Organizer & Board Member

Board Member and Event Organiser at the European Youth Parliament (EYP), driving organizational governance and European civic engagement.

The challenge

Double role within the European Youth Parliament (EYP) combining strategic governance and hands-on event management. As a Board Member, contributed to organizational strategy, financial oversight, and community development. As an Organiser, led end-to-end logistics, team management, and execution for youth parliamentary simulation sessions.

What I did

  1. Governance & Strategy: Contributed to Board decision-making, financial management, and long-term organizational strategy.
  2. Event Operations: Managed complete event logistics (venues, catering, accommodation) for youth democratic simulations.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervised volunteer teams and coordinated international delegate experiences.
